So, I started my diet with Medifast. I have never in my life been able to diet. But, after trying this, I decided that maybe I could do it. Medifast has done so much for my health, besides the great weight-loss! 5 Medifast meals a day plus one full lean and green meal, you never get hungry. And they have a great variety of foods to choose from. Shakes, pudding, soup, oatmeal, bars, hot cocoa and cappuccino!

I love Medifast! I am going to become a health coach Mid-May (after my big retreat that I am putting together for my scrapbook store) If you are interested, feel free to call me or email! I've lost 25lbs and a whole size in jeans. I feel so energized! I will post more info as I have it!

Another day..

Today wasn't so bad. I got up and went to work. I've had this cold for what seems like eternity. But its been more like 2 weeks. I cough so hard sometimes that my throat is sore. Anyway, I haven't felt very hungry. I've only been eating half of my Lean & Green. And pretty much have been only getting 4 meals. So, tonight I made something really awesome! I took my pudding, and made a brownie, then stirred them together.
Wow.. just like a cake with frosting! It was great and now I am very full so I feel pretty good. Other than the coughing.


I've been on Medifast for a couple months now. I love it! I feel so good. Renewed energy, I've lost close to 25lbs, and am wearing things I had grown out of before! Soon I will need new ones.

I will get a progressive photo taken soon. After 30lbs gone. I think I will mark every 10 lbs with a photo.

Off to check the forums.

Re-Creating ME

So, over the past few months, (since February 8th, 2010) I've been on a weight-loss adventure. Since the first day, I've had a few screw-ups. Especially on Easter. Those Jellybeans were torture! But I am back on track. So far I am down 23.8 lbs.

I'd like to keep track of this here, along with other things happening in my life.

I'd love to have you follow along! You may find inspiration yourself, to start a healthier you!
